These Terms govern your use of thorycoquillo.com and the services of Krysko Holding LLC, doing business as Thory Coquillo ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, applying for or purchasing a service, or texting one of our numbers, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

SMS messaging program terms

Program name: Thory Coquillo AI Front Desk demo.

Program description: a conversational text messaging demo of an AI receptionist for service businesses. When you text the keyword DEMO (or any message) to (609) 614-5800, an automated assistant replies in the role of a sample HVAC company so you can see how it qualifies a request and books an appointment, and we may reply in the same conversation about scheduling a consultation or a pilot of the service for your business. We also operate text messaging on behalf of client businesses; those programs are registered under the client's name.

• Message frequency varies with the conversation. There are no recurring scheduled messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. After STOP you receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Text START to opt back in.

• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 or older and the account holder or have the account holder's permission to join.

Services and pilots

AI Front Desk pilots, setup and monthly plans are described on the AI Front Desk page. Prices are confirmed in writing before any charge. The pilot fee is credited to setup if you continue to a monthly plan. Monthly plans are month to month after the pilot and may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. Web development services are quoted per project.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or any messaging number for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harassing purposes, to send spam, or to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

AI-generated content

Replies from the AI Front Desk are generated automatically. They provide scheduling and general information only and are not professional, medical, legal or safety advice. In an emergency, call 911 or your utility provider.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the AI Front Desk software and playbooks are owned by Krysko Holding LLC or its licensors. Client deliverables are owned as stated in the applicable project agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed, delayed or undelivered messages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
