This Privacy Policy describes how Krysko Holding LLC, doing business as Thory Coquillo ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit thorycoquillo.com, apply for or use the AI Front Desk service, or take part in our text messaging program.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details you enter in our contact, newsletter and pilot application forms.
- Text messaging data: if you text our demo line ((609) 614-5800) or a number we operate for a client, we keep your mobile number, the messages exchanged, and the date and time, so the conversation can continue and so we can honor opt-out requests.
- Usage data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as playing the demo, collected through Google Analytics and similar tools.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of a card, never the full card number.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver the services you request.
- To run the AI Front Desk: answer text messages, qualify requests, book appointments, send confirmations and follow-ups about an open request, and report results to the business you contacted.
- To send the emails and texts you opted into, and to improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Text messaging program (SMS)
Our SMS program is conversational customer care. You join by texting the keyword DEMO (or any message) to (609) 614-5800, or by texting or calling a business whose front desk we operate. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time; after STOP you will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information collected through the SMS program is used only to deliver the messaging service you requested.
How we share information
- Service providers that process data on our behalf under contract: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), text messaging (Twilio), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), scheduling (Cal.com), and AI processing (Anthropic). Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude models to generate replies and are not used to train models.
- The business you contacted: when we operate a front desk for a client business, the details of your request (name, phone, address, issue, appointment) are shared with that business so it can perform the service.
- Legal: when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Text conversations tied to a service request are retained for the life of the client relationship plus 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls; no method of transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP; opt out of emails via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing iam@thorycoquillo.com. We respond within 30 days.
- Disable analytics cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
